WHAT YOU WILL NEED
2 Cup V60 Dripper
2 Cup V60 Filter Paper
Goose Neck Kettle

COMPONENTS

Ratio: 1:15
Coffee: 20g
Water: 300mL
Grind: Medium/Course (EK Grind 6.5-7)
Total Brew Time: 2:30 - 3:00 minutes

METHOD
1. Pre wet paper filter and heat device.
2. Add coffee and distribute evenly.
3. Start timer and pour 60mL water and allow to bloom for 30 seconds.
4. Pour 120mL in a circular motion, starting in the middle and making your way out. Allow to drain.
5. Pour another 120mL in circular motion, from outside into the middle, and allow to drain.

*Note: After each pour grab the V60 and gently swirl to agitate coffee grinds.
