    Cafe Supervisor Full Time – First Batch Coffee Roasters (Noosa/Sunshine Coast)

    Full-Time | 40 hours per week | M-F | In-store 

    We're looking for an experienced cafe supervisor to join our team at our Noosa roastery. This role is a full-time, hands-on role, working in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Role

    We're looking for an experienced cafe supervisor to join our team at our Noosa roastery. This role is a full-time, hands-on role, working in a fast-paced environment.

    Who we are looking for:

    • Experience supervising a team.

    • A strong background working with specialty coffee.

    • Experience with alternative brewing methods.

    • The ability to pour latte art is essential.

    • Great organisational and communication skills.

    • Experience working in small teams or a desire to grow into a leadership role.

    • A love of learning and a willingness to help others grow too.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in specialty coffee.

    • Legal right to work in Australia.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise other team members ensuring "day to day" tasks are completed to the highest standard.

    • Prepare and serve specialty coffee using alternative brewing methods.

    • Cash handling.

    • Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

    • Take orders "face to face", over the phone and / or electronically.

    • Conduct an open & a close.

    • Complete food safety & cleaning checklists.

    • Ensure a safe workplace and abide by health and safety policies and procedures.

    • Advise customers on suitable products.

     The Details

    - 40hours per week M-F

    - Salary Package (above award rate).

    - Mix of remote work and in-person content creation

    - Immediate start
