Marketing & Content Creator – First Batch Coffee Roasters (Noosa/Sunshine Coast)

Part-Time | 10–12 hours per week | Flexible hours | In-store & remote mix

We’re on the hunt for a creative, coffee-loving content pro to join the First Batch family. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love the smell of freshly roasted beans, and thrive on bringing brand experiences to life online - this role is for you.

First Batch Coffee Roasters is a Noosa–based specialty coffee roaster built on passion, community and connection. From our roastery and café HQ, we’re all about sharing incredible coffee, genuine relationships, and a laid-back coastal lifestyle.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Creator who lives and breathes creativity - someone who knows what’s trending, understands great storytelling, and can help us grow our brand and online community through thoughtful content.

You’ll work closely with our small, passionate team to dream up, create and share content that tells the story of First Batch - from bean to cup.

You’ll Be:

- Creating engaging content for social media (mainly Instagram & Reels)

- Writing and designing monthly EDMs to connect with our community

- Updating and managing content on our Shopify website

- Planning, filming, and editing video content that captures our vibe

- Bringing marketing ideas to the table - and making them happen

- Occasionally joining us at HQ in Noosaville for content shoots and brainstorms

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is passionate about coffee (or at least coffee-curious )

- Is up to date with trends and social media content strategies

- Loves marketing, community, and brand storytelling

- Works autonomously, but loves being part of a collaborative team

- Lives on the Sunshine Coast or within driving distance to HQ

- Is confident using Instagram, EDM platforms, and Shopify

- Has graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite)

- Is a great communicator with strong writing skills and a creative eye

- 10–12 hours per week

- Mix of remote work and in-person content creation

- Immediate start

- Hourly rate based on experience
