Thank you for shopping with First Batch Coffee Roasters. We are committed to providing quality products and services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The item must not be listed as non-returnable or final sale.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at orders@firstbatchcoffee.com.au with your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale”.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at orders@firstbatchcoffee.com.au with supporting evidence.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
