This certification ensures our processes meet internationally recognised food safety standards—guaranteeing the quality and safety of every batch we roast.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

  • Solar Installation – Completed in 2022 to reduce energy consumption.
  • Reusable Coffee Tins – Phasing out plastic packaging for local wholesale partners.
  • Compostable Takeaway Cups – Commercially compostable takeaway coffee cups.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging – PLA lids and cold drink cups are kerbside recyclable.


Supporting a Circular Economy

  • Spent Coffee Grounds – Donated for composting in local gardens.
  • Coffee Chaff – A by-product of roasting, also donated for composting.
  • Hessian Coffee Bags – Donated to Noosa Community Garden for reuse.
