YOU’LL DEVELOP THE SKILLS TO:

• Confidently use and maintain professional barista equipment, including commercial espresso machines and precision grinders
• Dial in grinders with intention, adjusting dose, yield, and extraction time to achieve optimal flavour clarity and balance.
• Extract consistently balanced espresso that meets specialty coffee standards under service pressure.
• Texture milk with precision to achieve refined microfoam suitable for latte art.
• Prepare and present a full specialty espresso menu to a high-end standard, with attention to detail and consistency
• Engage customers with confidence, offering informed recommendations and communicating flavour notes, origins, and brew methods.
