How To Use

Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the desired level and place your ground coffee in the filter basket. Turn the machine on, and the copper boiler will heat the water to the optimal brewing temperature. The 9-hole spray head will evenly distribute water over the grounds, including a bloom phase that pre-wets the coffee for better extraction. Once brewing is complete, the warming plate can be set to one of two temperatures to keep your coffee hot for up to 40 minutes. Remember to clean the machine regularly to maintain its performance and longevity.
